How did I get into self-love coaching?
For over 20 years, the topic of self-love has accompanied me on my very personal journey. Not as a concept, but as an inner attitude that has developed step by step through experiences, challenges, and conscious growth.
At the age of 20, I went abroad to study in Sydney, Australia . In a new country, far from family and familiar structures, I learned early on to take responsibility for myself – for my daily life, my household, my decisions, and above all, for my inner balance.
This period has shown me very clearly how essential the connection to oneself is. How we talk to ourselves, how we deal with uncertainty, and how much our inner state influences how we appear and are perceived by others.
During this phase, I began to intensively explore topics such as self-love, gratitude, and personal development . I realized that everything is built upon this inner relationship with ourselves. It determines how we face challenges, shape relationships, and consciously live our lives.
