What Led Me to Mental Coaching

For over 20 years, the topic of mental strength has accompanied me on my personal journey – not as a theoretical concept, but as a lived inner attitude shaped by experience, challenge, and conscious growth.

At the age of 20, I moved abroad to study in Sydney, Australia . Living in a new country, far from family and familiar structures, I learned early on to take responsibility for myself – for my daily life, my decisions, and my inner balance. This period made it very clear how essential mental stability, inner clarity, and self-leadership truly are.

I experienced firsthand how strongly our inner state influences the way we deal with uncertainty, perform under pressure, and show up in the world. The way we think, speak to ourselves, and direct our energy has a profound impact on our performance, our relationships, and our overall well-being.

During this time, I began to deeply explore topics such as mindset, resilience, focus, and personal development . I came to understand that mental strength is the foundation for lasting change. It determines how we overcome challenges, process setbacks, and consciously shape a self-directed, fulfilling life.
