What led me to mental coaching

For over 20 years, the topic of mental strength has accompanied me on my personal journey – not as a theoretical concept, but as a lived inner attitude that has developed through experiences, challenges and conscious growth.

At 20, I went abroad to study in Sydney, Australia . In a new country, far from family and familiar routines, I learned early on to take responsibility for myself – for my daily life, my decisions, and my inner balance. This time clearly showed me how crucial mental stability, inner clarity, and self-leadership are.

I've learned how much our inner state determines how we deal with uncertainty, act under pressure, and present ourselves to the outside world. How we think, talk to ourselves, and direct our energy significantly influences our performance, our relationships, and our well-being.

During this phase, I began to intensively explore topics such as mindset, resilience, focus, and personal development . It became clear to me that mental strength is the foundation for lasting change. It determines how we overcome challenges, process setbacks, and consciously and autonomously shape our path.
